Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, consulting, and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage multiple projects, engagements, and receivables, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and accounts, identifying new opportunities and building professional relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and growth. Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members, focusing on their development and growth. Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and policies, contributing to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership and growth. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry, with significant expertise in at least three areas such as Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/Transformation. In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including Retail Management, eCommerce, Pricing, and Export Promotion. Strong people management skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach to problem-solving.
