Project Manager (Ballastless Track) - Immediate Joiner

Position Summary:

Project Manager – Metro/Rail (BTL Track)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of BTL track works in line with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor daily progress, identify deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

2. Technical Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements related to track works.
• Ensure execution as per design, alignment, and quality standards (Metro Rail/Indian Railways).
• Supervise track installation, concreting, fastening systems, and alignment processes.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and ensure timely communication across all levels.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements.

4. Budget & Cost Control

• Track project budgets, cost forecasts, and material consumption.
• Support procurement activities and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Identify potential risks and initiate preventive measures.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across the project site.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality among site teams.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Approximately

  10 years

  in metro/rail projects with proven expertise in

  Ballastless Track (BTL)

  systems.

• Industry Background:

  Metro / Rail / Infrastructure construction sector.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of track design, construction, and alignment processes.
• Familiarity with relevant Metro/Railway specifications, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and other project management tools.
