Project Manager - Automation Control

As an Industrial Automation Project Manager, your role involves overseeing project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, budget monitoring, quality assurance, communication, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement in industrial automation projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive project plans with clear scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget requirements. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Identifying potential risks, creating mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues. - Effectively coordinating resources to ensure timely and within budget completion of project tasks. - Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing regular financial updates. - Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure automation solutions meet specified standards. - Facilitating clear and timely communication among project team members and stakeholders. - Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget efficiently. - Maintaining accurate project documentation and records. - Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in EEE / E&I / ECE or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. - 10+ years of experience in managing industrial automation projects. - Strong understanding of automation technologies like PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, and machine vision. - Excellent project management skills and communication abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. - PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,
