Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development or quality assurance to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including hands-on experience as a Developer or QA, and a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development and IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards are met through collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in project management.
• Prior experience as a software developer or QA engineer is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus.
