Position: Performance Marketer cum Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer cum Project Manager who can own digital marketing performance and lead client/project execution from end to end. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing platforms and project coordination, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to drive results and ROI
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with performance objectives
• Prepare and share performance reports with actionable insights

Project Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for client communication and project coordination
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across internal teams
• Translate client briefs into clear action plans and ensure proper execution
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives, reports, and campaign launches
• Maintain project trackers and regularly update stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in performance marketing and/or project management
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Trello/Asana, Excel/Google Sheets

Good to Have:

• Experience with influencer marketing or campaign execution
• Creative mindset with basic knowledge of copywriting or content direction
• Understanding of organic marketing, SEO, or CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
