Updated Project Manager JD (For ABM Landmarks) Work Mode: Pune (Hybrid / On-site) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Reporting To: Founders About the Role: ABM Landmarks is looking for a Project Manager (1–3 years of experience) who can take complete ownership of project execution, sales coordination, and on-site operations. You will be the bridge between the founders, customers, vendors, and sales teams ensuring projects like The Blue Crest, The Blue Breeze, and others are executed seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who is action-orientated, organised, and confident in managing real estate documentation, CRM updates, site coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Maintain and update project execution plans, CRM dashboards, and site progress trackers. Conduct regular follow-ups with site supervisors, sales agents, and clients. Coordinate legal documentation, site visits, and token-to-registration journeys. Client & Vendor Interaction: Serve as the main coordination point between sales teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Ensure timely delivery of brochures, site photos, legal documents, and updates. Track all incoming leads, visits, bookings, and client communications. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly progress reports, booking dashboards, and MoMs for internal review. Maintain clean records of payments, agreements, and customer files. Assist in building structured documentation for new project launches. Field & On-site Execution: Oversee site branding, hoarding installation, and setup of site office/marketing materials. Support during launch events, client walkthroughs, and investor meetings. Share real-time updates from sites, including images, videos, and activity logs. Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or sales support (real estate preferred). Graduate in any stream; fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a strong plus. Tools: Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM, and training will be provided. Must be detail-orientated, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable in fast-paced setups. Work Expectations: Location: Pune (Hybrid / On-site depending on project stage) Timing: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) Must be available for field visits, site coordination, and client meetings as required.
