What will you get to do?

The Fastrack team plays a critical role in accelerating customer onboarding and time-to-value. The program specializes in fast-paced implementation engagements, operating with a clearly defined delivery scope, ensuring streamlined onboarding and a smooth transition to long-term customer success.
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead customer implementations and manage a high-performing pool of Digital Adoption Consultants. This role blends hands-on project management with light people leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of onboarding engagements, while also coaching and coordinating a team of consultants across projects. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with proven experience in managing enterprise customers and a collaborative team lead who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of multiple parallel onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans, manage risks and escalations, track progress, and lead stakeholder communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team.
  • Lead a distributed pool of Digital Adoption Consultants working across projects, managing their resource planning, unblock issues, and maintain delivery quality across engagements.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team to support continuous improvement and learning.
  • Work closely with Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Identify delivery patterns and contribute to playbooks, tooling, and internal process enhancements.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Overall 8+ years, minimum 3 years into Project Management, Strategic Consulting, or Professional Services in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers across varied segments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of ownership, structure, and quality control.
  • Interest in enterprise tech landscapes and the ability to quickly understand customer environments and challenges.
  • Prior experience managing direct reports with a strong focus on employee engagement, coaching, and empowerment. You believe in enabling your team to take ownership, grow their skills, and contribute meaningfully.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with global customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and commonly used frontend business applications. Comfortable understanding how users interact with these tools to drive process efficiency and adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and stakeholder communication.
