 Deputy Manager - OMPL 
 About The Role  
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager for OMPL (Operations & Maintenance Project Leadership) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring project deliverables, and supporting the management team to achieve organizational goals.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist in the management and supervision of day-to-day operations within the OMPL department.
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze operational performance and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.
  • Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between management, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project updates.

  •  Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role, preferably in the OMPL sector.
  • Strong understanding of operations and maintenance project workflows and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
