Deputy Manager - OMPL
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager for OMPL (Operations & Maintenance Project Leadership) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring project deliverables, and supporting the management team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management and supervision of day-to-day operations within the OMPL department.

Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Analyze operational performance and generate regular reports for senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.

Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Act as a liaison between management, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.

5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role, preferably in the OMPL sector.

Strong understanding of operations and maintenance project workflows and best practices.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
