Project Management Trainer


Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and certification courses on project management topics.
  • Facilitate both classroom and online learning environments effectively.

Curriculum Development

  • Design, develop, and continuously update training materials, course modules, and learning assessments.
  • Create real-world case studies and exercises to enhance practical understanding.

Methodology Expertise

  • Educate participants on recognized project management methodologies —

    PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and PRINCE2

    .
  • Ensure learners understand tools, terminology, and best practices aligned with certification standards.

Performance Assessment

  • Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock exams.
  • Provide constructive feedback and individual guidance to ensure learning outcomes are met.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with internal teams to conceptualize new training initiatives and scheduling plans.
  • Support backend preparation for classroom or virtual sessions.

Best Practice Implementation

  • Share and apply current best practices in project planning, execution, and control.
  • Stay updated with PMI and Agile standards, tools, and frameworks.


Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–6 years of hands-on experience in managing projects or leading teams.
  • Minimum

    1+ years of experience as a Project Management Trainer, Instructor, or Corporate Facilitator.


Certifications (Preferred/Required):

  • PMP® (Project Management Professional)

    – PMI
  • CAPM®

    ,

    PRINCE2®

    , or

    Agile/Scrum Master Certification


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as

    MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

    .
  • Experience using

    Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    for content delivery and tracking.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse learners.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning outcomes.
