The PMO Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office covering his / her different speciality(ies) and domain(s) of Bid / Project Management. In the scope of his / her specialty, the PMO Specialist is responsible to: Develop, deploy and improve standards (governance, processes, methods and tools) for bids and projects management within the organization. Contribute to and support his / her specialties(s) Support and challenge teams with a coaching posture in his / her area of expertise Organize dedicated meeting with the Core team, Produce and analyse KPI Participate as needed to progress meetings, bid and project reviews. Capitalize on best practices and proposing recommendation and improvement. Transversally disseminate and share best practices and recommendations at the state of the art Possible specialties are: structuring, scheduling, estimating, risks and opportunities management, executing and reporting. Some additional activities can be associated to each specialty. For planning specialty: Identifying the deliverables, contents and follow them thought the project with rescheduling as necessary.
