Job Description

Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project, JIRA). Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
