Resource Management: Managing team members, budgets, and other project resources. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets. Communication: Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including project updates, potential issues, and progress reports. Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Performance Tracking: Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and taking corrective actions. Problem-solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
