Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using

  Microsoft Project (MPP)

  , ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.

• Project Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are delivered on time and within scope.

• Cyber Infrastructure Projects:

  Manage and support deliverables related to

  SIEM deployment, Vulnerability Management, cyber technologies implementation, and IT audit remediation.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting risks, dependencies, and key milestones.

• Resource Management:

  Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective resource allocation and monitor utilization.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Facilitate meetings, maintain clear communication, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

• Risk Management:

  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation including schedules, reports, plans, and meeting records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  .

• 5–7 years

  of experience in a project management support role.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Project (MPP)

  and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of

  project management methodologies & best practices

  .
• Proven experience in managing

  Cyber Projects

  .
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Certifications:

  PMP/ISO required; cyber certifications preferred.
