Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and maintain the project schedule using MS Project (or equivalent planning tools).
Track day-to-day site progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
Collect, verify, and consolidate daily progress data from site teams.
Generate and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) highlighting key activities, manpower, resources deployed, and work status.
Coordinate with site teams to obtain accurate progress updates.
Monitor critical activities, highlight delays, and prepare catch-up plans in consultation with the Project Manager.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, including S-curves and milestone achievement status.
Maintain proper documentation of progress records, site correspondences, and approvals.
Support project planning, monitoring, and control functions to ensure timely completion.
Coordination with the Consultant for timely deliverables of the Execution drawings & maintain the Document transmittal.
Escalate potential risks, bottlenecks, or deviations to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree Diploma in Civil Engineering related field.
Proficiency in MS Project (must have hands-on experience).
25 years of site-based project management planning experience (construction or industrial projects preferred).
Strong skills in report preparation (daily, weekly, monthly).
Good understanding of project execution cycles and resource management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently at project site with minimal supervision.
