Job Description

Work on the standard documentation and monitor if the same is implemented in all the Projects ( Risk Register, Final Handover Sign off )
Support all Project Managers during SHOM to read through the specs and find if there is any leakage in CLM vs M3.
Promforce adaption and alignment for forecast accuracy and data management.
Backlog conversion and align with Sales team to review the same on Monthly basis.
Work on Customer Satisfaction Survey and timely resolution of grievances raised by customers and work with detractors.
Supporting and furthering customer implementations as per established procedures, as well as documenting and communicating status of such implementations, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and documentation
Responsible for meeting the Company s revenue goals. As Project Manager shall constantly search for projects to be pulled forward into fiscal year quarters in order to attain the revenue goals and will help assure the yearly revenue goal is met. The Project Manager shall exercise his/her influence with the customer to drive the project according, without sacrificing the quality of the implementation
