Role & responsibilities

Project Management, Program Management with Powertrain or engine or transmission .Experience

To manage & co-ordinate all India transmission/engine development projects of Renault + Nissan Vehicles & manage Q,C,T of project defined by CPO with all departments ( Design, Process, RNPO, Manufacturing, SCM, Costing, Vehicle CVE) at local & Corporate level ( Renault & Nissan)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BE or masters in engineering with knowledge of automobile parts

EXPECTED END RESULTS

1. To manage QCT target of Projects defined by CPO.

1. Preparation of Entry ticket.
2. To manage profitability of project
3. Monitoring the schedule of the project

2. Ensure timely clearance of Renault Quality & Alliance Milestones.

1. Convergence of cross functional team of Engg, Industrialization, Purchasing, supply chain of RNTBCI, RNAIPL, Renault & Nissan for clearing Quality Milestone ( Concept freeze MA)
2. Ensuring of NO K1, K2 issues in Quality milestone
3. Preparing & getting approval of Alliance milestone from Renault & Nissan
4. Escalation to CPO, in case of any blocking on any of the above activities

3. Preparing budget of project & conduct Economical synthesis

1. Product Costing & Profitability study NPV & pay back analysis
2. Getting approval from CPO on profitability

4. To co-ordinate with the team for ensuring adherence to timeline of Project defined by CPO.

1. Reviewing all deliverables Quality, cost & timeline of project from the team
2. To perform risk assessment of the project & ensure timely resolution of Project risks and problems
3. Initiate corrective & preventive action, if necessary. Getting approval from CPO for deviations.

5. Alliance Synergy & System improvement

1. To propose & get approval for process improvement & process standardization to smoothen the work among all identities from CPO.
