Job Description

Key Responsibilities : EE Industrialisation Pilot - Analyse the EE failures on Harness, ECU, Software etc and pilot their resolution. Manage and maintain the ECU HW, SW, Calibration and Configuration for new projects. Manage weekly meeting to report all the EE issues and check countermeasure progress status with EE Stakeholders(Architect, Designers, Project management, VQA, Facility etc) Maintain the vehicle simulation bench - Plan and procure the components, software required for new models. Study the capability of VEP/EOL facility and coordinate the changes for new models. Train line operators of the plant to perform 1st level EE failure analysis. Skills Required: Strong knowledge about vehicle electrical diagnostics and Diagnostic tools (CLIP, Consult, DDT2000, Scanners, CANALYZER) Strong Knowledge on communication protocols like CAN, K-line, UDS. Experience in Vehicle/ECU level Calibration, configuration and Software flashing using diagnostic tools Experience in Vehicle EE problem solving, Ability to identify design issues is preferred. Ability to handle test devices/Measuring equipment like DAS, Oscilloscope, CANALYZER, Recorder Knowledge about CAN message interpretation (CAN Database) Experience in HIL testing, Test bench creation, Vehicle simulation bench etc. Experience in Installation of EOL facility Experience in maintaining the EOL server and manage the data flow
