Proficient in the working principle and structure of COB equipments. be good at coaching, can analyse the abnormal issues independently and put forward good proposal Education/Experience : Education: College degree or above, undergraduate degree is preferred Major: Mechanical, Electrical Information, Management or related major Work experience: More than 4 year experience in operation and maintenance of equipment Knowledge and skills: 1. Experience in equipment maintenance, commissioning 2. Understand the working principle of the equipment, have certain equipment maintenance and management experience, and have good data report analysis ability 3. Good organization, planning, communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability
Role & responsibilities Job Description : 1. According to the company's business plan and objectives, formulate the annual business plan objectives of production, quality and logistics of the factory, organize the implementation and achievement; 2. Responsible for building and improving production and manufacturing management system, improving manufacturing, logistics and quality management capabilities; 3. Responsible for overall coordination and management of production resources; 4. Responsible for the management of performance achievement, monitoring the performance of production, quality and logistics; 5. Responsible for the daily work of the factory, making decisions on major issues and timely handling major anomalies; 7. Timely implement the resolutions of the factory, and regularly report to the operation director of the Group on the implementation of various tasks and indicators. Key Responsibilities : 1. Set KPI targets for the department. 2. Achieve PMC production plan & shipment. 3. Production quality control (eliminate personnel error, leakage, reverse, problem). 4. Production Cost control (DL Cost reduction) Auxiliary material use, material scrap/loss, equipment utilization, resource conservation). 5. Improved the ability of the foreman, set performance goals and assessed. 6. Communicate across departments and reach consensus. 7. Production efficiency & yield improvement (process optimization). Manpower streamlining. Automatic import. UPH promotion, etc.). 8. Production abnormal event analysis & improvement. 9. Implementation of the system. Monitoring and review. 10. Monthly staff budget and staff turnover control. 11. Reduction of lost working hours and rational utilization of personnel. 12. MES production system data analysis & review. 13.
