Role Overview

Project Coordinators

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in project management within the fast-growing language, content, and digital transformation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating multilingual projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage timelines, task allocation, and progress tracking using project management tools.
• Liaise with internal teams — linguists, designers, engineers, and QA — to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support project documentation, reports, and client communication.
• Participate in project review meetings and identify process improvements.
• Learn and contribute to quality assurance, vendor coordination, and client delivery excellence.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Management, Languages, or Communication).
• Candidates with internship or part-time experience in project management, operations, or coordination are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Compensation & Growth Path

• Internship Stipend:

  ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on academic credentials, experience, and interview performance).

• Duration:

  6–12 months.
• On successful completion, interns will be

  absorbed as Project Coordinators

  with:

• Fixed Compensation:

  ₹3.0 LPA

• Variable Pay:

  Performance-based incentives.
