Job Summary
Volody is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist our project management and implementation teams. This is a unique opportunity for a Master’s in Business Management graduate to gain hands-on experience in managing SaaS implementation projects and working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software implementation projects.Support project managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and manage tasks.Participate in client calls, requirement gathering, and user training sessions.

Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Academic or practical exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Certification or coursework in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).Experience or internship in SaaS/IT/Legal Tech industries.Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools.
