Job Overview

We are seeking to fill the position of Project Leader to assist the nodal departments in achieving objectives of the programme.

Reporting to:

Project Manager/Director (e-Gov), CGG

Qualifications required:

Degree in

B.Tech/B.E (Comp) / MCA

with

60% marks.

Experience: 10+ years of Relevant Experience

• Domain Knowledge related to a Business Process Management, UIDAI ecosystem and eGovernance
• Hands-on Architecting a Project or a Product
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ease to work on client server and web-based applications.
• Must have good communication skills including verbal and written
• Full product life-cycle implementation experience
• Experience on fingerprint device SDKs
• Proficient in Struts, Springs, Hibernate Web Services, AJAX, JNI, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, JavaMail, RMI and JavaBeans.
• Working experience on JBoss, Tomcat, MyEclipse, Postgresql/ Oracle.
• Strong in data structures, Queries and problem solving skills.
• Hands on Experience on xml and JUnit.
• Good knowledge on various Design Patterns.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an effective Team and meetings
• Have a good understanding of current and future technical architecture of a Product
• Effective use of project team members and resources
• Prepare design documentation for the project
• Prepare detailed reports and give effective presentations on various scenarios to technical and non-technical audiences
• Review/Develop software according to the functional and technical specifications.
• Design the system interfaces, integration, database, reports etc.
• Perform unit testing including preparation of test cases, performing tests and maintaining logs and correcting problems.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work progress, accomplishments, and indicating challenges with recommended solutions
• Participate in work-product reviews and other reviews as required
• Develop technical/user documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot client problems both remotely and onsite
• Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
• Participate in training and / or client Department support activities as needed
  

Skill Set & Experience

• Coding language: Java technology; framework : J2EE, Struts,
• Databases : Oracle/PostgreSQL; PL/SQL
• Other Expertise: Finger Print/Iris SDKs, XML, Ajax, CM tools and, reporting mgt tools
• Job Description: The Project leader will be responsible for execution of all the phases of SDLC such as, requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing and implementation and to provide operational leadership to a project team
