As a Project Leader at this company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in assisting the nodal departments to achieve the objectives of the programme. With more than 10 years of relevant experience, your expertise in Business Process Management, UIDAI ecosystem, and eGovernance will be valuable. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading an effective team and meetings - Understanding the current and future technical architecture of a product - Utilizing project team members and resources efficiently - Preparing design documentation and detailed reports - Giving effective presentations to technical and non-technical audiences - Reviewing/developing software based on specifications - Designing system interfaces, integration, database, and reports - Conducting unit testing, preparing test cases, and maintaining logs - Providing regular updates to the Project Manager on work progress - Participating in work-product reviews and other necessary activities - Developing technical/user documentation - Communicating and coordinating with all stakeholders - Troubleshooting client problems remotely and onsite - Assisting with quality assurance activities and client support Your skill set and experience should include proficiency in: - Coding language: Java technology; framework: J2EE, Struts - Databases: Oracle/PostgreSQL; PL/SQL - Other Expertise: Finger Print/Iris SDKs, XML, Ajax, CM tools, and reporting management tools The Project Leader role entails executing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, and implementation.
