Project Lead - PEG (Financial Services)

As a member of the team at Bain Capability Network (BCN), you will have the opportunity to engage with case teams and Practice leadership on various ongoing cases, client development, intellectual property, and existing products. Your role will involve ideating and developing case work, new products, and intellectual property. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a strong understanding of Financial Services (FS) IPs and concepts within the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing direct, day-to-day management to a group of 3-4 people - Leading a group of Associates, Senior & Junior Analysts to execute cases with limited guidance - Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients through effective team management - Identifying and proactively engaging on critical issues on projects and with clients - Leveraging advanced analytical tools to improve team efficiency - Owning and maintaining client relationships - Exerting a strong positive influence over developing and retaining top talent - Providing coaching/training and recognizing accomplishments of direct reports - Delivering performance reviews and recommending ratings To qualify for this role, you should have: - A relevant undergraduate degree (B. Com / BBA / BBE / B.A. Economics / B.A. Statistics / B. Tech) + preferably MBA from a top-tier Institute/University - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FS consulting or private equity - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and leadership skills - Excellent analytical, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication and team skills - Hands-on experience with tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, as well as languages such as R/Python is a plus At Bain & Company, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
