Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to manage and oversee financial services projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among team members. Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in project management within the financial services sector. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
