Who you will work with We are seeking a skilledContent Coordinatorwith 4-5 years of experience inLearning & Development (L&D), particularly ininstructional designandadult learning principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging and impactful e-learning content, managing training programs, and using data to drive learning outcomes. This role plays apivotal role in the development, operations, and content optimizationof both onsite and in-office training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs. About you 4-5 years of experience inLearning & Development, with a strong background ininstructional designand adult learning methodologies. Experience indeveloping e-coursesusing tools like Articulate, Captivate, or other industry-standard platforms. Hands-on experience withLMS platformsand content management. Stronganalytical skillsand ability to interpret learning data to improve outcomes. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills./Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. What you ll do Design and develop engaging contentfor various learning formats including e-courses, classroom sessions, microlearning, and blended learning. Applyinstructional design modelsandadult learning theoriesto ensure effectiveness and retention. Lead theend-to-end developmentof e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate360). Manage and maintain theLearning Management System (LMS)to ensure content is up-to-date, trackable, and aligned with organizational training strategies. Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders toidentify learning needsand design content accordingly. Usedata and analyticsto assess the effectiveness of learning programs, identify areas for improvement, andgenerate insights for leadership. Supporttraining operationsincluding scheduling, logistics, feedback collection, and reporting for bothonsite and in-office trainings. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with L&D quality standards and best practices.
