Job Description

Job Title: Project Lead

Role Summary

The Project Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

Ensure adherence to agreed SOW, quality standards, and governance

Facilitate status meetings and provide regular project updates

Manage change requests and ensure impact analysis is completed

Ensure timely delivery without impacting parallel development work

Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in project delivery or project management

Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile / Hybrid delivery models

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in managing onsite and offshore teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)

Must have handled E-Commerce Projects
