Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 11-13 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in asset-backed digital lending, market intelligence, analytical skills, and communication. Roles and Responsibility
Manage digital sales teams to drive targeted business numbers.
Coordinate with internal program teams to receive regular flow of good, workable leads from OEMs.
Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets while enhancing client relationships.
Retain and expand the company''s customer base to ensure repeat business or referrals.
Maximize sales through OEM networks and effective relationship management.
Facilitate the development and improvement of existing digital business platforms to enhance approval and disbursal processes.
Identify and develop new relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.
Manage portfolios of existing customers and provide prompt service.
Explore opportunities for cross-selling other products and manage collections and delinquency.

Job
Post Graduate/MBA/CA degree.
Minimum 11 years of experience in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of asset-backed digital lending and market intelligence.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business targets.
Experience in managing portfolios of existing customers and providing prompt service.
Knowledge of collections and delinquency management.
