Overview:

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will oversee and supportend-to-end delivery of Learning Management System SaaSimplementation projects across multiple clients. The role requires strongproject governance, stakeholder management, and coordination skills toensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution inalignment with organizational objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Planning- Define and standardize project management processes, tools, andtemplates for LMS SaaS implementations.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables incollaboration with Implementation Managers and TechnicalConsultants.- Prepare and maintain comprehensive implementation plans thatinclude current project status, milestones, and dependencies.- Identify and call out delays proactively, highlighting their impact ontimelines and dependencies.- Track milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensureadherence to project scope and objectives.

Risk & Issue Management- Maintain a detailed Risk Register identifying project risks, potentialimpacts, and owners.- Highlight key risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensuretimely intervention.- Monitor open risks and issues, escalating to leadership when required to prevent project slippages. Execution & Delivery Oversight- Monitor progress of ongoing implementation projects and identifypotential risks or bottlenecks.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering,Solutions, and Support) to drive deliverables.- Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and qualitystandards before go-live. Stakeholder Management- Serve as a central point of communication for projectupdates, risk escalations, and status reports.- Conduct periodic governance/ steerco meetings with customers andinternal leadership to present project health reports.- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managementteams to ensure a smooth handover post-implementation. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate project documentation including charters,RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), andmeeting minutes.- Generate and share periodic dashboards and reports on projectperformance, SLAs, and KPIs.- Provide risk and mitigation summaries as part of weekly andmonthly governance reporting. Continuous Improvement- Identify process gaps and recommend best practices to enhanceimplementation efficiency and client satisfaction.- Support post-project reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration,Information Technology, or related field.- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred. Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO withinSaaS, preferably in LMS or EdTech domain.
