Job Title: Program Manager Business Process Governance
Location: Gurgaon, India

About the Role



We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Program Manager to drive business process governance and reporting across multiple operational areas. The role involves managing structured reviews, ensuring timely updates, and maintaining governance rigor across functions such as sales pipeline, collection and unbilled revenue, contracting, invoicing, and other core business processes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks across all business processes.

  • Coordinate and track reviews for sales pipeline, collections, unbilled revenue, contracting, and invoicing.

  • Prepare and present business performance reports to management with actionable insights.

  • Ensure process compliance, timely deliverables, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and streamline workflows.

  • Drive follow-ups and progress tracking for all assigned initiatives.

  • Support management in operational planning, periodic audits, and strategic reviews.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in any discipline; degrees in business administration, management, finance, economics, computer science, or related fields are typically preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within fintech or financial services.

  • Strong business understanding with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills will be a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure accountability through disciplined follow-up.
