Job Description Motion Graphic Designer: Develops and designs courses and curriculum. Edits and develops online learning materials. Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma etc. Creates short training videos on various topics like product knowledge and selling skills. Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). 2-4 years of experience in motion design, preferably on digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing animations, micro-interactions, and illustrations (optional). Expertise in designing visually appealing interfaces and maintaining design system consistency. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of designs. Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and testing design effectiveness. Strong understanding of design trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics.
