Location-Mumbai

Qualification and experience-· Diploma /BE/B.Tech (Electronics /Electrical).

Experience-15 years in Service in UPS Industry

Job Responsibility; Service & Project Management support

• Study the solution document and BOM.
• Pre-installation site visit.
• Attend project/site meetings.
• Understanding & preparing project tracker and implement.
• Project schedule Plan submission & agreement with customer project manager
• Planning project resource & engaging Project contractors necessary for the Project execution
• Manage day-to-day aspects of a project
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Effective Conflict management capability with customer project team
• Periodic Communications with clear & precise project status dashboard with target vs current progress and notify any risk & dependencies to upper management of own organization & Customer project teams
• Manages risks, finances, and resources
• Forecast any upcoming possible risk well in advance, seek management support and take necessary actions on time to contain the risk
• Manage escalation of Cost & Schedule
• Technical support to execution team.
• Training and development to team.
• Feedback to factory, product team for continuous improvement
• Working in close co-ordination with sales, factory, execution team and customer.
