Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead, supervise, and manage all phases of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution within timelines, budget, and quality standards, while effectively managing resources, teams, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timelines & quality compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate regular status updates.
• Lead and oversee all phases of project management.
• Conduct site visits, audit checks, and performance evaluations.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensure proper delegation, and contribute to team development.
• Analyze and optimize billing processes including invoice checks and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
• Diploma in Administration OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager or similar role (preferably in construction).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage construction work on-site.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
