Quality Head

Job Title : Quality Head Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Job Summary: The Quality Head will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure construction and interior design projects are delivered with the highest standards. This includes compliance with design intent, specifications, safety standards, client expectations, and statutory regulations. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Planning and Management Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for construction and interior fit-out projects. Define inspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensure proper documentation. Establish benchmarks and KPIs for quality performance. 2. Site Execution Oversight Conduct regular quality audits at construction and interior project sites. Inspect materials, workmanship, finishes, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Ensure quality across various stages—civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, modular fittings, painting, and final finishes. 3. Vendor and Material Quality Approve and evaluate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure third-party tests (like cube tests, material certificates, etc.) are conducted as per norms. Maintain records of quality certificates and compliance documents. 4. Team Leadership Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continual improvement. 5. Client and Consultant Coordination Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers. 6. Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field. Experience: 7-9 years of experience in quality management within the construction and/or interior design sector. --- Key Skills: Deep knowledge of construction methods and interior execution practices. Eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
