Quality Head

As a Quality Head at our company located in Faridabad sector-6, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team. Your role involves developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and procedures to ensure compliance with standards such as IATF and ISO 9001. You will drive a culture of quality throughout the organization, conduct audits, address quality issues, and ensure products meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support. - Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IATF, ISO 9001). - Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization. - Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and suppliers. - Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions. - Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures. - Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards. - Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance. - Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed. - Develop and manage the quality budget. - Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. - Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders. - Communicate quality issues and corrective actions effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgical) or a related field. - Significant experience (10+ years) in quality management, preferably in the autocomponents or steel/metal industry. If you possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, proficiency in quality tools and techniques, and knowledge of manufacturing processes in the autocomponents or steel/metal industry, along with skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relevant software, we encourage you to apply for this position.
