Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Head at Neelam Hospital, located in Parshivni. The Quality Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality control policies, monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. This includes collaborating with various departments to ensure continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Relevant certifications in quality management or healthcare quality are a plus
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care standards
