Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading large-scale projects in the Food & Beverage industry, focusing on noodle/pasta, flour mill, oil mill, and flexible packaging sectors. Your role will involve project planning, execution, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and technical expertise in food processing technologies and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Initiation: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation. - Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. - Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. - Team Management: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers to achieve project goals. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's/masters degree in mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 15 years of project management experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Age: Maximum 40-45 years. - Technical Expertise: Familiarity with food processing technologies and equipment, knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP). - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage diverse teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Project Management Skills: Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana).
