Project Head

As a Project Director, your responsibility will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across different regions. It is essential to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget constraints. Developing and implementing effective project management strategies will be crucial to enhancing operational efficiency. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies are key components of your role. You will lead, manage, and mentor project managers and their teams, setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners, effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle will be vital. You will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, including resource allocation and cost control, to optimize project costs and ensure efficient resource utilization. Maintaining high-quality standards for all projects, compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements, and detailed project documentation are essential aspects of your responsibilities. Providing regular updates to senior management on project status will be part of your routine tasks. Your competencies should include strategic planning and execution, leadership and team management, budget and resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, quality consciousness, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. With over 18 years of experience in finishing work within the construction industry, specifically in areas such as Window work, Door work, Gypsum work, and Tiling work, and a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple state locations or Pan India projects, you are expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this position.,
