Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects region wise. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead, manage, and mentor project managers and their teams. Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners. Ensure effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost control. Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize project costs. Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all projects. Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports on progress, issues, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status. Competencies: Strategic Planning & Execution, Leadership and Team Management, Budget and Resource Management, Stakeholder Management , Risk Management, Quality Consciousness, Excellent Communication, Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience: 18 years plus in finishing work of Construction industry (Window work/Door work/Gypsum work/Tiling work) and at least 5-7 years in the leadership role handling multiple states locations/Pan India.
