Project Head

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of real estate projects including land acquisition, design, planning, construction, marketing, and handover.
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
  
• Manage procurement processes, including contractor negotiations, vendor management, and material sourcing.
  
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and financial performance.
  
• Build and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to project managers and staff.
  
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, government authorities, and community representatives.
  
• Drive innovation and best practices in project management, construction technology, and sustainability initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate project management or development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make strategic decisions.
