Project Head

We are working on a Project Head role in Delhi. Responsible for complete lifecycle ownership from project take-off to execution, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, documentation, and quality control. The role will also require coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable standards..

Ideally, with minimum 15–20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects (e.g., hotels, malls, residential/commercial buildings).

Strong exposure to both civil engineering and interior fit-out works.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction planning, and quality/safety compliance.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to oversee complex projects from planning to execution.

Communication: Effective communicator with contractors, architects, and internal teams.

Leadership: Capable of motivating cross-functional teams and handling high-pressure environments.

Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or B.Arch; a postgraduate degree in Construction Management is an added advantage.
