Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to own and scale our EITA vertical. This role is not just about managing a program but it's about building a brand, creating tangible impact in children’s mental health, and driving growth with meaning. You’ll lead strategy, partnerships, sales, and execution while also staying close to the magic that makes EITA special: creativity, community, and child-centered innovation. We're looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, pitch in when things get messy, and drive big results without losing sight of the emotional core of our work. Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Execution (Time allocation - 70%) • Take complete ownership of EITA ensuring high-quality execution of initiatives. • Work with stakeholders like parents, educators, collaborators, partnerships, counsellors and in house team to ensure programs run smoothly and meet high standards. • Monitor revenue targets and ensure consistent sales conversions. • Be actively involved in converting leads, explaining EITA’s offerings, and closing deals for therapy, EI classes, and workshops. • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and potential clients to ensure consistent engagement and retention. • ● Execute plans with precision and timeliness, ensuring there are no delays or inefficiencies. • ● Keep track of all activities, partnerships, revenue streams, and marketing initiatives to ensure accountability.

2. Marketing & Brand building Strategy (Time allocation – 30%) •
● 2025 is crucial for EITA’s brand growth, so this role will focus on making EITA as recognizable as TLHC.

  • Consistently promote EITA’s values and services through community collaborations, influencer partnerships, and brand tie ups.
  • Conceptualize with facilitators and execute engaging workshops for kids and parents. • Work with marketing team to identify influencers, brands, and organizations collaborate with, leveraging their audience for community expansion.
  • ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive enrolments and engagement. •

● Organize offline and online community-building activities that strengthen EITA’s presence. • ● Be actively involved in networking, setting up meetings, and ensuring continuous brand visibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
