Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head, located in Pune. The Project Head will oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure project timelines and goals are met. Responsibilities include managing project plans, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring the highest service standards. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
• Excellent Team Leadership and Coordination abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle and manage sensitive products with care
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
