Project Head

As a Senior-level Project Head at the Suzlon Group, a global renewable energy solutions provider, you will be responsible for overseeing wind energy projects in various locations such as Barmer, Ratlam, Anantapur, Dwarka, and Kushtagi. Your role will involve managing large-scale projects within the wind energy sector, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities to ensure seamless execution while upholding high standards of quality and safety. You should have extensive experience in managing projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind energy up to 3GW. Your strong understanding and experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction processes, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, will be crucial. Exceptional leadership skills will be required to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient tracking and reporting of project progress is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to foresee potential challenges and address them proactively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and timelines, will be vital for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing wind energy projects from inception to completion, developing comprehensive project plans, overseeing EPC processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting risk management, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
