Project Head

• Leadership & Direction – Acts as the overall leader of the project team, guiding them toward achieving project goals.
• Strategic Planning – Defines project objectives, scope, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
• Decision-Making Authority – Takes key decisions related to budget, resources, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication – Serves as the primary point of contact between management, clients, and the project team.
• Risk Management – Identifies potential risks, develops contingency plans, and ensures smooth execution.
• Resource Allocation – Assigns tasks, manages manpower, and ensures optimal use of available resources.
• Performance Monitoring – Tracks project progress, quality, and deadlines through regular reviews.
• Problem-Solving – Resolves conflicts, removes roadblocks, and ensures project delivery without major delays.
• Budget Control – Monitors project costs to keep them within the approved budget.
• Compliance & Standards – Ensures that all work follows company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
