Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and Projected Financial Statements for new and ongoing projects. The role involves financial modeling, industry analysis, and preparation of project feasibility reports to support loan applications, investor presentations, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for various industries and financial statements.
• Conduct financial modelling, project cost, working capital, funding requirements and ratio analysis to assess project viability.
• Analyze industry trends, market size, and competitor performance for inclusion in DPRs.
• Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA (Finance).
• 1–5 years of experience in financial consulting, CA firm, project finance, or feasibility studies.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, projections, and project financing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (financial modeling experience preferred).
• Understanding of DPR formats as required by banks, NBFCs, and government agencies.
• Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience preparing DPRs for manufacturing, service, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and company law provisions is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Based on experience and project size.
