We are looking for a driven Project Executive to join our team and ensure smooth execution of our interior and civil projects with precision and professionalism. The Project Executive should coordinate and execute interior design and fit-out projects from start to finish. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal team. Responsibilities Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of interior projects, including site supervision. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Site Monitoring: Regularly visit project sites to monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to approved designs and timelines. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, material tracking, and site logs. Quality & Compliance: Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Budget Tracking: Support the team in tracking project costs, managing budgets, and controlling expenses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus. Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
