Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our interiors team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who are eager to learn project coordination, site management, and client handling within the interior design and execution space. You will work closely with project managers, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating interior projects from initiation to handover.

Support the project manager in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring progress.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Maintain project documentation including drawings, BOQs, progress reports, and site logs.

Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, adherence to design specifications, and timelines.

Help manage client communications and provide updates on project progress.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and organizational processes.

Assist in resolving on-site issues under guidance from senior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in interiors, construction, or project coordination (freshers welcome).

Basic knowledge of interior execution processes, materials, and drawings.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/SketchUp is a plus.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
