Job Description

Position Summary: Oversee on-site projects for timely delivery and quality adherence, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Please note: That this is a third party contractual role. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Upload of Survey, Installation report: The process of electronically submitting survey and installation reports for documentation and analysis. Material Dispatch Plan: Creating a structured plan for the shipment of materials to ensure timely availability for projects. Customer relation management: Managing and nurturing relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Timely Completion of Installation: Ensuring that installation projects are finished according to set schedules and deadlines. Payment Collection: Managing the collection of payments from customers for products or services rendered. Channel Management. Site Audit: Conducting assessments and inspections at project sites to evaluate their condition and compliance with standards. Experience: Experience of 3-5 years. Exposure to project execution is mandatory. Should have experience working on SAP/ERP modules. Education Qualification / Additional Certifications: Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical), BE/B.Tech preferred Should have an experience working in EPC/Infra/Solar Sector Skills /Competencies: Should have collaborative & flexible style of working. Effective communicator with excellent oral & written skills. Robust risk management, Compliance & Governance skills. Strong business understanding to ensure smooth formulation and implementation of all the policies and procedures. Strong negotiation skills. Comfortable with handling volatile situations and adapting to change.
