Project Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in market research, project management, or a related field.

• Develop and maintain schedules and plans for the successful completion of custom research projects.
• Consult with clients on project requirements and objectives to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Secure and manage sub-contracted vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Oversee internal and external vendor activities, including data collection and analysis.
• Review and proof data output to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to drive business growth.
• Monitor and control budgeting costs.
• Design research methods such as interviews and questionnaires.
• Manage day-to-day project-related inquiries, ensuring timely response and insight.

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is necessary for creating presentations and reports.
• Strong problem-solving ability is needed to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
• Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness are essential to influence others and achieve desired outcomes.
• Must be a self-starter who thrives on accepting responsibility and challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in the ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry.
• Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
