We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead our traction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in high voltage products design and development, with a strong background in electrical engineering or power electronics.

Roles and Responsibility

Execute traction system projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and issues.
Manage high voltage application projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Optimize performance and reliability through power electronics expertise.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and growth.
Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics is required, along with 10-15 years of experience in high voltage products design and development.
Experience or understanding of traction or propulsion systems, including knowledge of power electronics and high voltage applications.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices, and proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership qualities that foster team confidence and respect, along with effective communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work with cutting-edge traction and propulsion equipment, collaborating with dynamic working environments.
